Called Polar Air because I had an issue with my thermostat going blank and turning my AC off last night. I called this morning and Cristina helped get an appointment that worked with my work schedule. AC technician Norman shows up and was extremely friendly, thorough, and honest. He explained everything and took photos for me to see the issues that were causing my problem. I highly recommend Polar Air and you will be lucky if you get Norman as your technician. I also highly recommend that you sign up for the VIP (PM) Preventative Maintenance plan. It is worth it. Thank you very much Norman, Cristina, and Polar Air. Edit and update: I still can’t say enough good things about this AC company! I recently had an issue with a Fresh-Aire UV light they installed in November 2024 that suddenly stopped working. I contacted Polar Air, and they quickly scheduled an appointment to diagnose the problem. Tomas came out and was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. He determined that the unit had failed and immediately looked into the warranty for me. He did an excellent job replacing the unit and even took the extra time to help me register the new product with Fresh-Aire. Mat and Cosme are also tremendous assets to the company and have always been available whenever I’ve needed assistance. It’s this level of customer service that keeps me coming back. If you’re currently using another AC company, do yourself a favor and give Polar Air a try. Great service, great people, and a company that truly takes care of its customers.
